I have prostate cancer. I have read about pelvic floor massage and believe the therapy helps people and the application of this therapy to young swimming females is very helpful but unfortunately the man who have help these women with the therapy-- he knows, these men have been charged with sexual misconduct because the therapy involves the therapist. to help the most. The therapist most insured his finger in the proper place inside the vagina of the female. This treatment has the side effect of sexually arousing the female to a high degree. The therapist then appears to be arousing the female for his own purposes. Instead the fact is that's the sexual arousal connects the male and female so thoroughly and emotionally that is difficult not to provide support for the female who is so thoroughly aroused and perhaps orgasmic. That therapy provides-- sexual stimulation for the female--but that simulation is not the primary purpose of the therapy wishes to increase strength in the pelvic floor of the female. That therapy on the pelvic floor provides remarkable improved results for young competitive swimmers. Improvements as seen and see swimmers, seek the therapy because it improves their performance. This therapy, properly performed. by professional doctor has movements that cannot avoid sexually stimulating the patient. This is what the general public does not understand. The side effect of sexual stimulation engenders natural patient responses which include emotionally based loving feelings. A good therapist will know this and cope with the results which include returning loving feelings to the patient. That return of feelings may look a lot like they are establishment of a romantic relationship. Therapists are trained to be aware of and cope with there's emotional responses there are side effects that cannot be avoided. Therapy is very effective for the competitive swimmer and that swimmer OK do that will seek to return to the therapy where's repetitively provides improvement. The therapy is a physical manipulation that must be repeated the way manipulation of surface muscles yeah have good effects when repeatedly prefer therapeutically massaged, the lack of public understanding of the therapy leads to condemnation of therapist and unfortunately long prison sentences come to very sincere and effective massage therapists. Proper manipulation of the body is little understood nor respected by the general public and thus massage therapist, many with medical degrees, are suspect as charlatans similar to those who use needles therapy and Asian medical techniques. i can tell you about an Asian trained at US medical doctor. took my pulse with her hands on my wrists and told me, without further without further consultation, told me a description of my ailments exactly. Any MD who can do that, deserves to be my doctor with intent respect. Massage therapist, properly trained, CAN heal. (maybe even in prison.)

This is a great video and easy to understand! I used this prep two days ago and found it to be much better than my last prep. I was told to use 4 Dulcolax but I followed this video and only used 2. It was so much better for me! I got really sick in the middle of the night the last time time I prepped. I got extremely nauseous and could not stop going to the bathroom. My heart was also racing and I wanted to go the ER in the middle of the night! I wasn't able to get the second half of the Gatorade/Miralax down at all (threw it up) but my colon was cleaned out anyway. This time, I was so scared and worried that I would be horribly ill again, so after watching this video I decided to do the 2 Dulcolax. I took 2 at 6 pm. At 7 I started drinking the first 32 ounce of Miralax and unflavored Pedialyte. I only got about 2 glasses down. I then decided to mix the Gatorade with Miralax since the unflavored Pedialyte was not tasting too good. I think I managed to get one glass of the Gatorade down. I got nervous because I was not urgently going to the bathroom like the last time. I then took a Zofran but I really didn't notice a change except that I got really tired and did not want to drink anything. I just wanted to go to sleep. I was going to the bathroom but it wasnt an urgent type of feeling as the last time. At 10pm I got nervous (I'd probably gone to the bathroom 10 times at this point) that the prep wasn't working as good and i called a doctor on call and asked if I should take another Dulcolax. i was told since it was getting late, to just try to go to sleep and then wake up at 3 am (I had to be at the hospital at 9 am) and drink the second half of the prep as best I could. So at 3 am I started the second half. I think I managed to get 2 glasses down within 2 hours. I did go to the bathroom at least ten more times if not more. Everything looked clear and I thought if I am not cleaned out, I don't know what is! So for me, my intestines seem to be overactive and things move fast through me. I took the 2 Dulcolax and probably only half of the prep and over a slower amount of time since I did not feel well and it worked fine for me! My prep quality was excellent! I have heard though that some people take the 4 Dulcolax and ALL of the prep and it does not work! Everyone is different! I would recommend the first time you do the prep to follow the prep's instructions and then see how you do. After that you can tweak it to work for you. In my case my bowels move fast so what I did worked great. Next time, I will skip the Pedialyte and use Gatorade. I think I had a severe electrolyte imbalance the first time I prepped and got worried and made sure I drank all day before the prep. By the time I started my prep this time I think I was just full and sick of drinking and so tired! I did not sleep at all during the night and had been awake for maybe 30 hours. My colonoscopy was yesterday. Good news is I had no polyps this time so my next is in 5 years! Any questions, feel free to ask!

Thank you for this video. My sister was diagnosed with colon cancer. This is the prep her doctor recommended. I will have my colonoscopy this Friday. My doctor ordered the jug prep 😮 I will be using this instead. All they want is a clean clear colon. This will do the trick.

Thank you for this video. I'm in prep mode today with my procedure set for tomorrow morning. My prep is going okay so far, they gave me GaviLyte-G and have had my first five 8-ounce servings (15-minute intervals), there's a lot to go but I've been through the colonoscopy process before.

  • @Duckgrabber

People, Golutyely is TERRIBLE. Polls & user reviews consistently show the best prep is the split Gatorade preop. You mix 238 grams of Miralaxx with 32 oz of Gatorade (any but red), and take x2 bisacoydl. You do it again four hours before procendure (splt prep.) I also always get an Rx for ondesetron, an anti-emetic. This works! Also, they don't show it here. but drinking --regular-- Ensure vanilla on the day before procedure really helps you feel less hungry. It's water soluble so washes out easily. Finally, a BIG tip. Peer reviewed studies consistently show that 85% of people do tolerate colonoscopy WITHOUT the powerful narcotics. Propofol, fentanyl, and midazolam are some of the most dangerous drugs in the inventory! You especially don't want MIDAZOLAM (Versed.) This drug is terrible! It can cause permanent memory loss. It's only purpose is to make you unable to remember anything so if doctors screw up you it's harder to sue them. Truth. Most people do just fine taking x2 acetaminophen one hour before the procedure. Look it up--I'm telling the truth. Doctors really push the heavy narcotics for THEIR benefit--makes THEIR job easier. This is all at YOUR expense! Fact!

She is a horrible doctor. Read her reviews online: after long wait times gives her patients 5 minutes during which she doesn’t even listen to or even look at her patients as she is busy typing on her laptop to document the visit so she can get a paycheck, refuses to refer specialists, and dismisses and humiliates her patients in the process. She dumps the majority of her work on her nurses.

They gave me Peglyte = polyethylene glycol and electrolytes. PEG is human grade anti-freeze! And it is gross to drink. Not to mention that you have to drink 2 litres in 1 hour then another 2 litres 5 hours before the procedure. It is the same thing as Golytely just a different brand. Bowel movement is an overstatement. Anal squirting is a more apt description.

My MRI I just received said there's a large tear, but my symptoms are not like in the videos or research I've done so far. Mine hurts a lot more if I straighten or put pressure on it. I can twist my leg inwards and outwards with minimal pain. I can't sit, stand, walk, lay down, or sleep too long. I also have no sharp pains in my groin. I lose feeling in my leg or it hurts a lot and feels like tv static. But i also have a herniated L4-L5. So I'm not sure if sciatica is playing into this as well.
